Modify your subscription

In this article, you'll learn how to edit your business subscription details.

Subscription modification:

Before choosing your subscription, please make sure to have a valid payment method : 

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card or
  2. IBAN

You will learn about the payment methods in part 4 of this article.

 

All the actions listed below will be performed in the billing page, you will find it under the company tab, if you have the necessary permissions.

 

1. See and edit your current plan :

At the top of this page, you will find information about your current plan, its name, the number of users you have and the amount you are paying per month or per year. You will also find its renewal date. Tu change your subscription, click on the “Change plan” button.

 

Here you can edit your plan so it suits your needs perfectly. Select if you prefer to pay monthly or yearly. Select your subscription, Freemium, Standard or Advanced. Then, select how many users you want to have by using the + and - buttons or by typing in the number directly.

You will also find additional products, at the moment this article is written you will find the Delivery Note add on and an additional storage option.

The Delivery Note is a delivery system for projects managed by multiple companies, you can learn more about this system in this article.

The additional storage allows you to add more storage to the amount originally allocated to you in your subscription. You can add from 1TB up to 50TB, over 50TB, you will have to opt for an enterprise plan.

 

Below you will find a total price for the subscription you will have selected as well as the options you will have added. Just under the new price, you will find a scratched price, this is the price you are currently paying with your current subscription and options. You can show the details to understand exactly the total and have more precision on the pricing.

 

Finally, if you have a promotional code, do not hesitate to enter it to get a discount!

 

 

2. Enable and disable the download overflow :

Back on the main billing page, you will find an option to enable or disable the download overflow on all the projects of your company. The download overflow will allow you to continue downloading files after you have reached the maximum allowed per month, however, each GB of overflow will have a price. You are free to activate this option or not, if it is not activated you will receive a message, telling you that have reached your limit and you cannot download this file. If the option is enabled, a similar message will appear, but it will ask you if you wish to continue before proceeding.

 

 

3. Tokens :

In this next section, you can see the amount of tokens you currently have in your account, if you wish to add more tokens, you can add tokens.

 

On this page, you will, once again, find your token balance. And you will find different option to buy more tokens.

You can learn more about the tokens by clicking on any of the questions below, it will roll out an answer to your questions. Alternatively, don't hesitate to contact us directly.

 

 

4. Payment methods :

If you don't have a payment method saved in, you can add one right here.

 

You have two choices, you can either use a credit (or debit) card, or a SEPA Debit.

Enter your payment information and validate your payment method.

Should you need to cancel your action, please bear in mind that a valid payment method is required for subscription access. It's important to note that your payment information is securely handled by our trusted partner, ensuring the utmost privacy and protection. We prioritize your security, and rest assured, your financial details remain confidential and inaccessible to anyone within our team.

 

 

 

4. Billing information :

Here you will have to enter your billing information, these are classic fields that have to be filled with your company name, phone number and address. This allows us to send you invoices that are correct and can be used by your accountants.

 

 

5. Billing history:

Finally, at the bottom of the page, you can find your billing history with a list of all your invoices, invoices that you can download by clicking on the icon right by the date.

For each invoice you will also find its amount, status and number.

 

 

 

Subscription cancellation:

To unsubscribe from the platform, simply open the billing page, you will find it under the company tab, if you have the necessary permissions.

Then, click on the “Cancel plan” button.

 

This will open a page with a form, fill the form to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from the platform will turn you back into a Freemium, it will not delete your account, so you can always come back and restart a subscription whenever you need it!
