Modify your subscription

In this article, you'll learn how to edit your business subscription details.


Subscription modification:

Before choosing your subscription, please make sure to have a valid payment method : 

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card or
  2. IBAN

To add a payment method you must first go to the Subscription / Tokens page, to do this, open the Company menu located in the left menu and click on Payment method.

If you do not currently have a saved card a green message will inform you of that, otherwise, the last 4 digits will be displayed so you can verify that you are using the correct card. Remember that we do not have access to your payment information on our end as all of it is secured by our payment solution.


If you wish to add or change your current payment method, simply enter your information at the bottom of the page. You can decide to either use an IBAN or a credit/debit card. Click validate to save your information.


Let's now head over to the Subscription tab. If you don't know what subscription to select, you can scroll down the Subscription tab and you will find a table with the different options and information about what each of these has to offer. Once your choice has been made, scroll back up and select the subscription you want, the payment frequency that you would like and the amount of users that you want. Remember that taking a yearly subscription allows you to save 17% (2 months free).


You can also buy some additional storage.


Finally, if you have a promotion code, use the field provided for this purpose to apply your reduction to your invoice.

Then, click on validate to save your change of subscription.


! WARNING ! When you change your subscription to a more expensive version (more members, switch from standard to advanced), you will be immediately debited. We apply a ratio to calculate the price difference between your old subscription and your new one for the rest of the current period so that you only pay what you have to and not more than necessary ! WARNING !


Changing your subscription may in some cases create a future subscription, this type of subscription appears if you reduce your subscription or change your payment recurrence, this allows you to keep your current subscription until the end of the period. If you wish to change this future subscription, follow the procedure in this article again and it will either change your current subscription and remove the future one or modify the future one depending on your changes.


Subscription cancellation:

To cancel your subscription, you must first go to the Subscription/Tokens page, to do this, open the Business menu located in the left menu and click on Unsubscribe. Then fill out the form. Once the form is completed, don't forget to copy the validation code, you will need it to validate your unsubscription.
