ℹ️ What is the help center?
The Help Center is a collection of articles to help you use the application. Here you will find information about all the available features on the platform, from the tools in the 3D application to the member mangement system. If this is your first time using the platform, we recommend you head over to the Getting Started category to start your journey with us under the best conditions !
🕵️♂️ How to make searches in the Help Center ?
You can search for information in the Help Center by using the search bar at the top of the page. The results will be divised by category and show you which article these are related to. You can also browse the articles by category or use the table of contents to find the information you need.
📹 YouTube help
In most articles you will find YouTube tutorial videos, feel free to watch those if you feel more comfortable with videos rather than reading articles.

📈 Learning curve
Don't hesitate to take some time to get acquainted with the platform when you start using it, it will be way easier for you to work on your projects once you're comfortable using it. Learn about the keyboard shortcuts and all the options, you will find that sometimes there are multiple ways to end up with a same result, you should find your favorite way to work with the solution, make it yours. For this, our recommendation is for you to go through all articles quickly just to learn about all the possibilities of the platform, even if you might not need everything today, this will allow you to know where to look the next time you need something.
Don't hesitate to make a demo request to have someone from the team give you a platform presentation, you can also request for a paid full platform training if you want to master it quickly.
📁 Learn about the file types
Learning about the compatible files is an important topic, you can discover what files are supported and how to work with those by checking the File Types category. You can also take a look at the External Workflows to learn how to export point clouds from your favorite software.
Please note that when importing your projects, we recommend using as few files as possible, it is better to have one file for your whole point cloud projects rather than one per station, the latter could slow down the 3D application and make your experience less comfortable.
👨💻 Manage your users
When it comes to users, you have the ability to manage them as you like, however here are some tips that you can use if you don't know what the best solution is.
First, it is important to divide your users in two main categories, identified users and public users. The first ones are the ones that will be invited onto your group and identified with credentials (email, name...), you can give permissions to these users, we recommend giving overall permissions to your colleagues and give project permissions to your clients. Public users can access the projects, without being identified, the users can't be given permissions, but you don't have any amount limit for public users. This option is extremely relevant when trying to showcase a project to a client.

If you encounter any issue, first check out our Troubleshooting articles to find answer to your questions, if you cannot find anything in the Help Center to help you, we recommend using the chat box that can be found at the bottom right of almost every page of the website. Our support team will help you as soon as possible. If you are having an issue with a project, consider using the Support Team Access option when reaching out to us and giving us your project name. This will allow our support team to see your project, making it easier for them to help you.
