First of all, let's open the White Label Simulator.

On the left you will find the menu, this is where you will have information about what you are customizing and where all the work will be done, the right part is the preview for your interface. By default, it shows the standard platform. Click Next to start.

First is the logo, upload the image you wish to use. Once you are happy with the render, click Next.

Then, upload another image to change the login background image. Click Next to go to the next step.

Very important step, select the main color for your interface, it will be used for all buttons, tags and some texts and style effects, so choose it wisely. We recommend using your company's main color, a flashy one is usually better, white, gray and black tones are not recommended. Click Next to go to the next step.

Then, choose the name that will be displayed at the top-left of the platform. You can enter anything, but we recommend keeping it short, so it fits on one line. Click Next to go to the next step.

Here you can change the default profile picture that will be used by every user of your account (employees and clients), they can then change it at their discretion. Click Next to go to the next step.

The default project image can also be changed, this is the image that will be used until you open the project, at which point an automatic screenshot of the project will be taken to replace that default image. You can also change the image of a project following this article. Click Next to go to the next step.

At the top of the page, on the page's tab, there always is an icon representing the website, this is the favicon, that can also be changed, we recommend using a square image with no text on it. A favicon should be easy to identify, your company logo without text is usually the best way to go. Click Next to go to the next step.

Onto the viewer, one of the most important parts of the platform. You can select the image that should be used for the loading. You can decide to either have a regular image that will be jumping up and down, just like on the default website, or use a .gif, that will be fixed in the middle of the page. Whether you use one or the other depends on how you want it to look and what images you have in store. Click Next to go to the next step.

Still in the viewer, you can decide of the color to use for all elements, 360 images' bubbles, measures, annotations… In most cases, going with a color that is similar to your main color is the best way to go, however it is possible that you might want or have to select another color if your main one doesn't allow you to see clearly the elements. You should try to pick a color that has a high contrast with the background. We recommend using flashy colors as dark colors will be hard to distinguish. Click Next to go to the next step.

You can change your emails form and aspect using this interface. This includes all automatic emails sent by the platform, this includes invitation emails, alert emails, file upload emails and so on… The header can be changed from the default one, same goes for the signature. You can also decide to add paragraphs, these can redirect to anywhere on the web, a blog, a LinkedIn post, a public sharing link… Finally, you can also add your social medias at the bottom, these include, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. It is not necessary to have all of them, as you can decide which are visible and which are not. These emails can be modified anytime, to go more in depth about this functionality, you can refer to this article. Click Next to go to the next step.

Whether you already own a URL or not, this is where it can be entered. This is the URL that will be used for your website, before entering it make sure you either own it and don't already have a website using it, or it is available for purchase. Click Next to go to the next step.

You should then select the email that will receive all support demands, it will also be the email used to send all emails from the platform. If you already have a generic email, you may use this one, or you can create a new dedicated email. Click Next to go to the next step.

This email is the one of the person who will become the owner of the account, it is most likely to be yourself if you are making the white label request, if that is the case then enter your own email here. Click Next to go to the next step.

This is the last step, here you will find a summary of everything we just saw and will be able to change everything from here. Use the 3 icons to switch pages between the dashboard, viewer loading and viewer. Once you are happy with your settings, you can click validate to send the White label request, a commercial will contact you shortly.

You can also display the platform in its dark theme to see how your colors render with it. Also be aware that you can return to the Dashboard anytime, your progress will be saved. You can come back at a later time, and you will find all your modifications waiting for you.

If you need any help using the simulator or if you have any questions about the White label interface, please, do not hesitate to contact the platform's team.
