When you receive the email that one of your files is corrupt, you have the possibility to know the reason why it could not be processed. Hovering over the error icon in project settings → files will show a number:
1: We could not decompress the file.
2: The RECAP file is not readable. (Please open the file locally to verify and contact support if needed)
3: The file format chosen and the file format provided are not respected (Please read the article Adding files and Accepted file types)
4: The file is corrupt
5: File not compatible
20: The zip file is corrupt (Unable to unzip the file)
21: The zip file does not contain any RECAP file (Please read the article Import a RECAP project on the platform)
22: Zip file not found
23: The zip file is empty
30: The maximum size of a 3D model has been exceeded: 300MB for CAD models and 500MB for meshes (obj and other)
40: The model and the point cloud are not in the same place! Please align them correctly
50: The E57 file is corrupted, if possible, try to open it in Recap to ensure the file is working correctly
51 : The E57 file is empty
666 & 100: Please put the project in “support” so that the technical team can identify the cause of the error. Before putting the project in “support”, please make sure that the file works locally.
